Powerful user interface
Fully automatable, the Olympus Choir Elements user interface allows for full control over your performance and sound design parameters. Control over the swell, attack and release envelope times for each choral section makes it easy to custom-tune the shaping of your sustain notes in long and atmospheric phrases. Complex performance techniques are distilled into simple key switches that can be activated to seamlessly blend between articulations for each velocity layer, making it easy to perform complex passages in one full performance on a MIDI keyboard or instrument.
Customise your sound
With every preset you are offered a wide range of customisation to create the perfect sound for your mix. As every mix is different, containing a wide range of different tones and instruments, Olympus Choir Elements includes 21 immaculate convolution reverb spaces alongside 30 FX convolution reverbs, spanning everything from Churches to otherworldly textures. These reverbs help to sit your vocal choir within the mix, adding depth and dimension to push the vocals either to the back of the mix to sit with the rest of the mix or to bring them to the front.
Additionally, there's a three-band EQ and simulated polyphonic legato modules to help add a different texture to your sound. The polyphonic legato can be used for all sustain loops to shape two independent choral sections independently or fully independent divisi sections.
Immaculate audio fidelity
As is the nature of recording a group of 63 singers, the Olympus Choir Elements maintains all of the quirks and artefacts that come from recording a large acoustic source. Everything from breaths, small noises, and scuffs of feet are included to enhance the authenticity and realism of the virtual instrument. This inclusion ensures that the sound you hear within Olympus Choir Elements is full of character and nuance that gives the sound life which would otherwise be taken away into a sterile and precise instrument if these artefacts were removed.
Made for Kontakt Player
