The SubZero Clip-On Instrument Microphone with violin clip is an easy way to boost or record the sound of the violin. The high quality condenser violin microphone is compact and built on to its own rugged shock mount, making it suitable for rigorous live use. The violin microphone is suitable for all the frequencies of a violin, from the low G right through to the upper most harmonics. Also included is a 1.8m cable with threaded minijack connector, a spring loaded clip and a handy storage bag.

The SubZero Clip-On Instrument microphone is suitable for all kinds of acoustic instruments. This condenser microphone features a uni-directional polar pattern and wide frequency range, making it extremely diverse. The violin microphone is built to withstand the rigours of live use, by being able to accept even the loudest of instruments, and also by including its own attached windshield and shock mount.
Violin Clip
This violin microphone package includes a clip to attach the device to the violin. This spring loaded clip is suitable for almost all styles of violin and viola simply by attaching on to the top and bottom of the violin. The clip has protective rubber feet to prevent scrapes or scratches, but has plenty of force to keep the microphone in place.
XLR + Sennheiser Style Connector
This SubZero microphone comes as standard with a threaded minijack connector, which is commonly found on Sennheiser wireless equipment. Included with this pack is an XLR adapter so that the microphone can be added straight to a mixer or amp for easy use. Optional adapters can be purchased separately for use with Shure, AKG style connections, and with a standard minijack for more universal devices.
Please Note: this microphone requires phantom power.
