The MonoPoly comes complete with four VCOs, you'll find that each of these provide you with four adjustable waveshapes (triangle, reverse sawtooth, pulse width modulation and pulse width). For an incredible level of manipulation, the octave, level and tuning of each VCO can be tweaked by their respective controllers. Should you desire even more tonal variety, switch the VCOs to PWM mode, by doing so you'll be able to route the signal to one of two LFOs which also have four adjustable waveforms with variable frequencies.
Both of the VCF and VCA come with their own individual ADSR envelopes. These are perfect for enabling you to adjust the style and shape of your waveform. From beautifully elongated notes, to short percussive stabs. It'll feel like anything is possible. If your signal sounds too pure, you can always mess things up by increasing the noise knob, this introduces white noise into the signal path.
Thanks to key assign mode, you'll have total control over how the MonoPoly operates. This allows you to decide whether the synth operates in unison mode (all four VCOs are working when a key is pressed), polyphonic mode, or unison/share mode. The latter splits the VCOs depending on the number of notes that are being played.
The inclusion of a chord memory mode allows you to create intricate harmonies! A good starting point for this is to begin with Poly mode, engage the hold button, play your chord and then select the memory chord button. With this you'll be able to play the chord at the touch of a single key. Make the most of these exciting settings to make live performances easier than ever before.
To ensure the best performances possible, the MonoPoly comes complete with 37 semi-weighted keys. Thanks to their velocity functionality, they're capable of relaying every last nuance of any performance with an incredible degree of accuracy. To add emotion to your performances utilise the bend wheel to raise or lower the pitch in accordance with your wants and needs.
