A defined legacy. The McCarty series is dedicated to Ted McCarty, one of the pioneers of electric guitars. PRS have made these guitars the centrepieces of their innovations in homage to McCarty's own knack for innovation. They boast some of the finest features and best playability around – and they sound sublime. Now adding the updated McCarty 594 to the McCarty series, PRS have innovated once again to bring you a stunning, premium guitar.
The peak of guitar lumber. The term '10-Top' is used by PRS to describe hand-selected maple tops which are particularly exceptional, both in look and in tone, and are used only in their finest guitars. 10-Top models feature rare pieces of maple which are fully and clearly figured across the entire slab, with a truly superb resonance, entirely devoid of 'dead spots'.
