The Dean Dimebag Far Beyond Driven ML is guaranteed to make you shine under the stage lights. Equipped with a Seymour Duncan pickup at the bridge and a DMT Design at the neck, this model offers a powerful and punchy tone that is perfect for a range of playing styles. Alongside your pickups, you are also provided with a Floyd Rose tremolo that allows you to add a unique style to your performance.
Crafted with a mahogany body, the Dean ML also offers a rich and full sound with excellent resonance. The neck has also been crafted from mahogany and is paired with an ebony fingerboard for warm and deep lows combined with a bright and clear attack. The Far Beyond Driven has a unique and metal ML body shape, topped with a trans Brazilia finish that allows the natural grain of the maple to shine through.

This model comes loaded with two different styles of pickups, In the neck position sits a DMT Designed humbucker, whilst there is a Seymour Duncan SH6 at the bridge. The DMT Designed delivers a powerful and punchy tone with sparkling highs. Thanks to this, you are provided with a sound that can handle a wide variety of playing styles and genres. In particular, this pickup is perfectly suited for hard rock and metal due to its ability to handle screaming gain.
Paired with the Seymour Duncan at the bridge, this model offers the same stunning tones as Dimebag himself. This distortion produces full tones packed with an incredible grind and bite, topped with crunchy rhythms and soaring leads. Thanks to the tremolo bridge's reliable design, you are able to adjust your string tension and pitch with the removable whammy bar for unique styles and sounds, such as dive bombs. Unlike non-locking tremolos, this bridge can make huge changes in your pitch whilst retaining the initial tuning by addition of the locking nut at the end of the headstock.
Legendary design
The Dean Dimebag features an impressive ML body shape that is sure to make a strong statement on any stage. Created by Dean Zelinsky, it spreads the mass over a larger area in order to maximise sustain and improve the overall tone. As a tonewood, the mahogany body creates a warm and rich tone with an excellent depth. Alongside that, it also provides durability and a sound that will mature over the years for a long lasting investment.
The perfection doesn't stop there though. This model features a larger, V-shaped headstock, providing increased string angles and length, contributing to the overall sustain. This mahogany V-shaped neck allows for faster playing and has been designed to fit comfortably into your hand. This neck has been coupled with an ebony fingerboard for a responsive, bright, and snappy attack that pairs well with the warmth of the mahogany.
The legacy of Dimebag
Dimebag Darrell is a serious metal guitar hero and Dean's inspiration for the latest series of Dimebag models. He started playing Dean ML style guitars in the late '70s and made it one of the most recognisable shapes today. Dean offers a variety of Dimebag MLs to choose from, all boasting the legend's distinctive look.
