While developing their impressive new St. James range, Blackstar have worked closely with a range of musicians to make sure that this range of amplifiers are perfectly tailored to fit the needs of a modern musician.
Highly connectable, the USB port makes this combo amp perfect for use in the studio as well as live. It's fitted with a Celestion Zephyr lightweight speaker that works to emulate the rich tones of the vintage valve amps from the '60s. Built using candlenut plywood, you'll be ensured a highly durable and long-lasting performance, ready to withstand all the trials of life on the road.

Self-titled as the lightest 50 watt amps on Earth, Blackstar St. James 50 EL34 Combo Amps are built using candlenut plywood for its strength and lightness alongside its tonal properties.

The Blackstar St. James 50 EL34 Combo Amp is a tonally vintage amplifier designed with all the perks of modern technology. The St. James range is the result of months of research into some of the world’s finest classic valve amp tones taken to a new level. Some of the most recognised guitar sounds of the 20th Century were born from the classic EL34 valve tone, which is why it is such an integral feature of this amp. An array of controls will allow you to shape the sound to fit your exact specifications, so you can find your own unique voice.
Ideal for use at home, onstage or in the studio – St. James amps are loaded with industry standard features ready to take your performance to the next level. With switchable power modes, you’ll be able to exercise complete control over your output, and three direct recording outputs (XLR, Stereo Line-Out and USB) provide additional versatility for an authentic ‘amp-in-a-room’ feel. What’s more, the Cab Rig DSP speaker simulator is as powerful as it is tonally rich and versatile, and will give you an exceptional performance wherever you take it.
