The Renown drums feature a 7-ply maple shell and vintage-style 30-degree bearing edges for that classic warm tone. To ensure those deep, classic tones are heard, the shells feature the same '302’ hoops used on the Brooklyn and Broadkaster series drums.

The Renown drums are also available in a range of stunning finish options, allowing you to find the perfect drums to match your taste. With an extremely adaptable tone and classic Gretsch design, the Renown series has been designed with the hardworking drummer in mind, providing all of the essential components to meet the demands of professional, modern day production and performance.

The Gretsch Maple Formula shells are a unique combination of North American maple with another, softer maple species.
