Keeping up with the needs of the modern drummer, the G2 Clear Bass Drum Head offers a fat, deep tone that utilises two plies of 7mil film for a focused tone. These two plies add high durability, helping heavier-hitting players increase their heads lifespan.
The clear nature of the film adds an enhanced attack, adding a pronounced smack that compliments the low end. The shells natural low end comes out too thanks to Evans' Level 360 Technology. This construction uses an enhanced collar design to make sure that there is consistent head-to-shell contact to boost shell resonance and increase sensitivity.
