Based on the Jensen JT-115K-E transformer found on early 4000E mic pres, this variant delivers more even-order harmonics at moderate saturation levels. This adds a unique sonic character to your recordings, differentiating it from the B-series mic amp.

Iconic EQ knob options

The 4K E Plugin includes the different design iterations of the iconic 4000E EQ knobs. Choose between the original '02 Brown' knob, known for its grit and character. HQ Mode for enhanced processing and oversampling

Enable the High Quality (HQ) mode to enhance processing and introduce intelligent oversampling. With this mode activated, the plugin applies the minimum amount of oversampling necessary to achieve a closer approximation of a continuous analog signal. This results in a higher level of fidelity and accuracy in your audio processing.
