At the heart of your innovative, SQ-5 digital mixer is Allen and Heath's 96kHz XCVI FPGA engine. This long lasting system is capable of providing you with consistent high resolution audio with minimal latency.
Onboard Stereo FX Engines
Take your mixes to the next level. The SQ-5 provides a generous total of eight stereo FX engines. These allow you to enhance any performance thanks to the inclusion of rack extra. You'll be provided with a wide scope of iconic reverbs, delays and modulators that hark back to the golden age of recording.
Versatile Recording and Playback
The integrated SQ-Drive allows you to quickly and easily capture stunning 96kHz multi-track or stereo recordings, directly to a USB drive. SQ-Drive can also be used to playback WAV audio files, ideal for walk-in music or background music during breaks.
Expand with SLink Intelligent Port
The Allen and Heath SQ-5 can be used in conjunction with a range of Allen and Heath 96kHz/48kHz rack and stage box expanders. When combined with the optional expanders via the SLink intelligent port, the SQ-5 provides up to 48 microphone inputs and can be directly linked to another SQ mixing console or even a dLive system.
