The AiF Sound Source technology produces top-quality tones and is perfectly suited to both classical piano music and other genres. The samples are complex stereo recordings taken from a top-quality concert piano with four dynamic levels, providing an authentic sound and allowing you to play from piano to forte without any sound discolouration or audible leaps. An absolutely first-class piano sound is guaranteed with the 128-note polyphony, which lets you play sweeping chords and make extensive use of the damper pedal.

The scaled, hammer-action keyboard has 88 touch-responsive, weighted keys and is based on the keyboard of a concert piano, providing an authentic playing experience. It also features a third sensor, allowing you to use fast techniques without the notes sounding cut off. The piano setting key switches to grand piano sound at the touch of a button, and has two settings: "classic" for a soft, discreet sound and "modern" with a lighter, brighter character.

The AP-420 also features the "Acoustic Resonance" Casio effect that simulates the resonating strings of a concert piano.

Courier Delivery

This option is free for this product, and is a 'to your door' service. You may need to help the delivery driver as this product comes packaged in large boxes!

There are several options to select, including AM and Saturday services. This option may not be suitable if you are unable to help the driver if required, or if you need the piano delivering upstairs but you don't have anyone else available to help.

2 Man Delivery Service

If you select this option, two delivery personnel will deliver the piano boxes to any ground floor room of your choice, rather than just your front door. Please note that this service will take a few days longer than the standard courier service and the courier company will call you to arrange a convenient delivery date after you have placed the order.
