Grand Piano Performance

The Yamaha DGX-650 contains outstanding piano voices sampled from the world-class Yamaha CFIIIS concert grand piano. Known as PureCF sampling, this means you have access to meticulously sampled sounds from Yamaha's studios. The stereo speaker system reproduces these sounds with both power and clarity.

The DGX's Graded Hammer Standard keyboard gives authentic piano touch and tone allowing you to experiment with the subtle nuances of an acoustic piano sound and feel. It even duplicates the graded touch that acoustic pianos have so the bass register will feel firmer and the upper register, lighter.

Expansive Performance Library

The great thing about the Yamaha DGX-650 is the eclectic mix of performance options you have. A huge number of Songs and Styles in many genres encourage experimentation and improvisation. Yamaha's Smart Chord function offers all the backing you could want. It automatically detects the appropriate chord based on what you play with your left hand and gives you full, professional backing

Style Recommender is a great way to find a suitable style quickly and easily without having to spend hours trawling through options. Simply play a few notes and Yamaha's features will offer up a list of good matches for you to select from. DGX Connectivity

Delivery Options

Standard Courier Delivery

When you add this product to your shopping basket, you will be provided with our standard courier delivery option. This will deliver the piano to the ground floor of your house or building. Please note that if there is not a ground floor entrance we may not be able to deliver there. You may also need to help the delivery driver as this product comes packaged in large boxes.

This option may not be suitable if you are unable to help the driver if required, or if you need the piano delivering upstairs. Please consider whether this is the most appropriate delivery service for you, as other delivery options are available at an additional cost.

2 Man Delivery Service

If you select this option, two delivery personnel will deliver the piano boxes to any ground floor room of your choice, rather than just your front door. Please note that this service will take a few days longer than the standard courier service and the courier company will call you to arrange a convenient delivery date after you have placed the order.
