The HP601 Digital Piano features Roland's flagship PHA-50 keyboard. This 88-key progressive hammer action keyboard provides ultra-responsive sensing, to further enhance the development between touch and sound. With beautiful wooden sides and durable moulded materials, the HP601's PHA-50 delivers a traditional acoustic grand piano look and feel, with ebony and ivory-feel keys to give you that authentic response without the hassle of costly reliability problems in the long term. The extended pivot points of the keys provides a more authentic feel and would be ideal to progress from beginner, through intermediate to being an advanced player. The HP601 also features a set of exceptional Progressive Damper Action pedals, with support for both progressive and half-pedal control. Integrated Practice Features With Wireless Connectivity

Roland's HP601 extends the capabilities of the modern digital piano with its plethora of in-built features for enjoyable and reliable practice, as well as its ability to wirelessly connect to smartphones and tablets via Bluetooth technology. The HP601 is equipped with over 250 ready-to-play songs, including everything from traditional pieces, to classical treasures by some of the greatest composers of our time. The piano also features an on-board metronome for developing the perfect timing of your sound, and an incredibly useful built-in recording function for tracking your progress or sharing your creations with others. Recordings can be easily saved to a USB flash drive, allowing for as many recordings as you wish dependent on the space of your USB device. The HP601 also allows you to switch over to Twin Piano mode, granting access to a side-by-side keyboard configuration for playing with teachers or friends on two separate 44-note pianos that each feature their own middle C.

For ever more versatility, the Roland HP601 can be connected to your smartphone or tablet wirelessly via Bluetooth. This opens up a whole new world of enjoyment and learning enhancement, with the ability to play along with some of your favourite songs through the piano's speakers or headphones, or even hook the piano up to Roland's Piano Partner 2 app to enhance a variety of the piano's features. Digital notation can be accessed and displayed for the HP601's internal songs, and you can even turn the notation pages using the piano's pedals. A wide selection of fun backing rhythms enable you to develop your understanding and playing ability for styles such as jazz, blues, pop, and plenty of others. Piano Partner 2 also lets you keep track of your progress with daily notes and stat logs.

The Roland HP601 enables an array of customization thanks to its modern digital design. Equipped with an on-board Piano Designer function, the HP601 allows you to completely customize your grand piano sounds through the adjustment of a variety of tonal elements and parameters. These include the string resonance, pedal-based resonance characteristics, and many more. Each note can even be find-tuned with separately adjustable tuning, volume, and tonal character for all 88 keys. Customization can also be done through the free Piano Designer application, which can be connected to via Bluetooth, to make tonal customization even quicker and easier. The HP601 also features a wide array of E-piano, string, woodwind, and organ sounds, alongside many more. You can layer and play a combination of two tones, or even split the keyboard to provide different tones with each of your hands. Your favourite combinations can easily be saved and recalled in one of the 25 built-in registrations, as well as the ability to access and even great selection of sounds through the Piano Partner 2 app.

Delivery

Standard Courier Delivery

When you add this product to your shopping basket, you will be provided with our standard courier delivery option. This will deliver the piano to the front door on the ground floor of your house or building. This service will not deliver the piano into your home. *Please note that if there is not a ground floor entrance we may not be able to deliver there. You may also need to help the delivery driver as this product comes packaged in large boxes. This may not be suitable if you are unable to help the driver if required, or if you need the piano delivering upstairs. Please consider whether this is the most appropriate delivery service for you, as other delivery options are available at an additional cost.

2 Man Delivery Service

The delivery personnel will deliver the piano to a ground room floor of your choice, rather than just the front door. Please note that this service will take a few days longer than the standard courier. If you would require a 2 man delivery service, please contact us on 0330 365 4444 for further information.

Delivery and Installation Service

This service can be arranged on an ad-hoc basis via a specialist piano delivery company. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed until we have made arrangements with the delivery company.
