The Arturia Spark Drum Machine has a library of over 100 kits ranging from classic and vintage drum machines to modern electronic analog kits, acoustic and physically modelled drums. If you're looking to create unique beats whether in the studio or on stage, the Spark is your weapon of choice.

Where MPC-styled drum machines will have you browsing and playing with endless libraries of samples, Spark lets you interact with your sound and brings the fun back to beat creation. With a combination of hardware and software, Spark offers the benefits of both worlds, a great user experience and a great sound.

Controls

Spark integrates a step sequencer with 16 keys allowing you to create patterns with up to 64 steps. Like on classic drum machines, it is also possible to place accents on each step by selecting the accent button. 8 velocity sensitive pads enable you to perform your groove with all its nuances and intensity and the jog dial means that browsing and loading your kits and instruments has never been faster or easier.

Sound Engines

Spark's sound engine embeds Arturia's True Analog Emulation technology which creates a very unique sound from classic analogue synths such as the Moog Modular or the Yamaha CS-80. Including Physical Modelling techniques, Spark enables you to refine, alter and distort the physical properties of drums.

Integrating a collection of high quality drum samples, Spark has a wide collection of beats ranging in style from Techno to Hip Hop, RnB, Dub and Electro. The library also includes multi-layered acoustic drum samples based on modern and vintage kits. You can easily import and edit your own sounds in wave and aiff formats within Spark's sound engine, too.
