B.C. Rich Designed Pickups

The pair of B.C. Rich Humbuckers are incredibly high output pickups for an intense guitar performance. The bridge pickup offers articulate tones whilst the neck offers a heavier and warmer sound. Together, the high output pickups produce hot, heavy tones to match its fierce, rock appearance.

Tone Enhancing Electronics

Along with its incredibly powerful pickups, the Mockingbird is also equipped with a variety of controls to provide further tone shaping ideal for versatile musicians. Coupled with the standard volume, tone, and pickup selector controls are independent coil-tap switches, allowing players to switch the pickups from humbucking to single-coil mode for extra sonic versatility. A phase switch is also added to provide the ability to set the humbuckers in or out of phase with one another, while the VariTone control provides access to a range of different tone modes for further tone shaping.

Maple Neck & Rosewood Fingerboard

The BC Rich Mockingbird's maple neck offers an incredibly comfortable and smooth feel when navigating the fingerboard. With a smooth neck and comfortable body, the MK11 B.C. Rich provides you with an incredibly fast and slick playing experience ideal for intense shredding. The maple neck is paired with a rosewood fingerboard, which enhances the overall sound with rich warmth, infusing the overall tone with an articulate and soft quality, to create a soundscape with good, all round depth.
