ESP LTD B-4E Bass, Natural Satin Overview

The ESP LTD B-4E 4-String Bass Guitar is equipped with a pair of ESP DB pickups which produce a powerful, full tone that will cut through even the toughest mix. This stunning bass is crafted from mahogany and topped with ebony for an attractive appearance. Its elongated upper horn and single cutaway allow easier access to the higher frets and optimum comfort throughout your performance. For added reliability, the B-4E 4-String Bass is equipped with LTD tuners and a BB-605 bridge for perfect intonation no matter how hard you play. Finally, the B-4E has a natural satin finish which allows the beautiful darkness of the ebony and the contrasting maple/mahogany neck to show through.

Pair of Powerful ESP Designed Pickups

Equipped with a pair of ESP Soapbar pickups in the bridge and neck position, the LTD B-4E bass deliveres versatile and powerful tones. Players can also benefit from the ABQ-3 3-Band EQ which allows easy tonal shaping at the turn of a dial.

Mahogany Body With Ebony Top

The B-4E features an B-Series body, with a single cutaway for easier access to the higher frets. The mahogany body provides the sound with warmth and resonance, as well as good bite and sustain. The mahogany features an ebony top, which offers snappy attack as well as clear, defined tones.

Natural Appearance

The tonewoods and the natural finish of the B-4E give it a striking appearance. As there is a beautiful contrast between the warm brown of the mahogany body and the deep, darkness of the ebony. The neck through 5-piece maple/mahogany offers a striped effect, while the satin finish allows the natural tonewood colours to shine through.
