The Signature guitar has a body constructed from high quality Mahogany to produce powerful tones. The Mahogany body offers naturally rich, warm tones, with a balance of grind and bite to create tights lows and appealing highs. The wood provides the guitar with an excellent amounts of depth and helps produce an incredible sustain. Designed with chrome hardware, and a Tune-O-Matic bridge, the Schecter is given a gloss white finish with a black Simon Gallup graphic to give it a sleek and stylish look.
The Maple/Walnut neck and Rosewood fingerboard has been designed with a thin "C" shape for a smooth, fast play. Using both Maple and Walnut for the neck gives the guitar’s tone bright characteristics, with plenty of warmth to it. The two woods work together to produce firm lows, sizzling highs, and a snappy attack In the mids. Adding a Rosewood Fingerboard the tone becomes warmer and softer, with sparkling highs and thick lows. The guitar also comes with many other features including Schecter tuners and dot inlays on the fingerboard.
Featuring a set of EMG TBHZ’s, the Schecter bass has an authentic passive touch sensitivity and feel. Using two alnico and steel bars, the EMG pickups offer a plentiful amount of punch and output. The Thunderbird pickup can produce a tone with a rich full bass, and a deep full sustain, whilst keeping itself clean.
