The C4 Compressor has been around for a while, winning the editor’s pick award from guitar player’s magazine back in 2004. Since then, the hand crafted pedal has been improved on from build to build, with more modern and precise components used to ensure top quality. The pedal features a true bypass switching circuit and a triple-pole double-throw switch which prevents any loss of tone or signal reduction.

Great Sounding Effects

Keeley’s C4 compressor offers studio quality compression, with four knobs for controlling sustain, level, attack and clipping. The sustain control can be used for many different settings, set at a 9 O’clock position will barely provide sustain, but instead will take out any loud, sudden peaks which will protect your speakers from blowing. When set at 12 O’clock, the sustain has the perfect presence for it to be continuously used, and at 3 O’clock offers an effect excellent for playing solos with. The pedals attack has been designed with bass players with high output active pickups or use active pedalboards with buffers.
