The Classic Les Paul Style

The Studio Elite Gibson features the iconic Les Paul body style crafted from lightweight mahogany, delivering a stunning guitar with beautifully sweet, warm tonal characteristics. The single-cutaway design provides incredible access to the upper frets, while its smooth construction ensures players receive a comfortable performance. The mahogany is topped with plain maple and finished with a stunning sliverburst, delivering players with a vintage style and a powerful stage presence.

Ultra Modern Weight Relief

This Gibson Guitar features an ultra-modern weight relief chambered body for extra comfort and an enhanced resonance. This weight-relief process involves routing nine round holes in the mahogany body before the maple top is attached. These holes are strategically placed in the lower bouts on the bass-side of the guitar, offering you a comfortably lightweight guitar that can be played all night long.

Slim Taper Mahogany Neck

The Studio Elite Les Paul not only offers a comfortable body, but features a slim tapered neck profile to deliver an incredibly comfortable performance. The mahogany neck provides the ultimate comfort with its slim profile, and allows for fast and comfortable soloing. As well as providing fluid hand flexibility, the mahogany wood helps enhance the natural warmth of the body, creating a high-end saturated in sparkling sweetness and a thick low-end response. The addition of a rosewood fingerboard helps enhance the natural characteristics of the neck, adding extra sparkle to the high end and opening up the midrange.

'57 Classic & Classic + Pickups

The High-Performance SG Standard features a set of '57 Classic humbuckers, designed to capture and recreate the iconic characteristics of the original PAF humbuckers, built with the same specs to deliver the classic imperfections and variety output the originals were known for. While the '57 Classic provides players with a warm, full tone, a balanced response, and a classic crunch, the '57 Classic plus pickup has been slightly overwound to add a little extra sweetness and an increased output, providing smooth, creamy tones that retain a vintage richness. Both pickups are built with the same components as the original PAFs, from their alnico II magnets, nickel-plated pole pieces and nickel slugs, to the maple spacers and vintage-style, two-conductor braided wiring. The 57 Classics have also been wax potted to help eliminate unwanted feedback for a noiseless performance.

TOM Bridge & Bigsby Tremolo

The Tune-O-Matic bridge offers stability, reliability, a comfortable playing position, and impressive sustain. Adjusting the string action and intonation is extremely simple with a tune-o-matic bridge, as you simply adjust its height with the mounting rods to alter the action, and screw the bridge saddles in or out to achieve perfect intonation. The addition of a Bigsby tremolo enhances the vintage aesthetic of the Les Paul Studio Elite, while also delivering beautifully smooth pitch shifting effects. Its classic ''horseshoe'' design offes a comfortable performance, while the large trem arm makes creating stunning pitch bends incredibly easy.

TekToid Nut

The addition of a TekToid graphite nut offers increased harmonics in the middle and upper frequency range, perfect for creating a rich and detailed tone. TekToid Graphite is the best high-tech cure for eliminating undesirable friction within the nut, which can cause tuning problems. It is the ideal choice for a guitar nut, as it has excellent conductive qualities which overall benefit a guitar’s tone and sustain.
