The Sitka Spruce top with Rosewood back and sides, round shoulder body style and short scale neck make the Gibson J-29 an exceptionally playable guitar. This welcome newcomer to the Gibson round shoulder line features a 30s style advanced bracing pattern and natural finish for some sophisticated aesthetics.

This Gibson electro acoustic has a dovetail neck-to-body joint, hand fitted and secured with hide glue to ensure unequalled resonance transfer from strings to body. The nitrocellulose lacquer finish looks great and allows the tone of the guitar to mature with age. The body is also radiused for projection and clarity.

This 100% American made Gibson guitar is handcrafted in Bozeman, Montana for a truly authentic instrument.
