61 Zebra Humbucking Pickup

Based on the iconic Gibson humbuckers of 1961 the 61 Zebra is constructed from Alnico V magnets and features a nickel plated steel pole piece with a machine wound coil to provide a rich and creamy vintage tone with plenty of output. With an Alnico V magnet the 61 Zebra produces a extremely responsive output with plenty of bite and high response perfect for a range of playing styles and genres.

G-Force Automatic Tuning System

Formally known as 'Min-E Tune', the Gibson G-Force automatic tuning system offers players the ultimate in quick, precise and stable guitar tuning. With just a couple of button presses and a strum of the guitar strings, G-Force will find the perfect pitch for your desired tuning. Not only there for peace of mind, G-Force will take you between alternate tunings in a matter of seconds, meaning you never have to worry about that awkward song in your set.

PLEK Machine Set-Up

Gibson have utilised the German manufactured PLEK machine for many years now - these incredible machines can scan a guitar and apply a perfect, accurate fret dress and action to the guitar. The result is that each Gibson guitar comes out of the box ready to play without any adjustments required. For 2015, Gibson have fine-tuned the PLEK set up, resulting in one of the best feeling electric guitars ever made, with 27 percent lower fret wire across the fingerboard.

Lightning Bar Bridge & Double Contact Output

Incorporating a vintage style Lightning Bar tailpiece bridge the Les Paul CM offers improved sustain and compensated intonation due to the increased contact between the string, bridge and body. Additionally the double contact output jack provides a secure cable hold perfect for life on stage.
