The EX-200 is equipped with a pair of ESP Designed LH-150 pickups at the neck and the bridge. These pickups are capable of producing good output for those loud and screaming lead licks. The controls include a volume, tone and toggle switch that allows you to select between the pickups to shape your ideal sound.
EX Body Crafted From Mahogany
The ESP LTD EX-200 Electric Guitar features an EX body which screams 'metal' with its sharp, angular shape, crafted from rich mahogany. The mahogany body provides the sound with warmth and resonance, as well as good bite and sustain. The EX body features a shimmering black cherry metallic finish, a matching neck, with black hardware for the ultimate metal look.
Maple Neck & Roasted Jatoba Fingerboard
The ESP LTD EX-200 features a 3-piece maple neck which is strong, sturdy and more resistant to warping than classic 1 piece necks. Maple offers a bright and clear tone with sweet sustain, while the roasted jatoba fingerboard brings excellent projection, with good levels of definition.
Excellent Hardware
The ESP LTD EX-200 Electric Guitar also feature reliable and efficient hardware to complete the sound, including a Tune-O-Matic Bridge and LTD Tuners. The Tune-O-Matic Bridge offers excellent levels of sustain and stability, while the LTD Tuners provide good intonation and reliable tuning..
