Mahogany Body

The E-II Stream's body is crafted from mahogany and designed with comfortable contours, ensuring players receive the best playing experience. The mahogany tonewood delivers a soft tone, with plenty of grind and bite to keep it well-balanced and create plenty of depth. The guitar’s appealing high end and full, tight low end ensures the overall tonality remains thick and firm, offering plenty of dynamics to accommodate a variety of musical styles.

Maple Neck & Ebony Fingerboard

The ESP E-II Guitar is equipped with a 3-piece maple neck and ebony fingerboard, delivering warm, bright tones with plenty of depth and dynamics. The maple offers roundness to the tone, providing bright characteristics and an excellent amount of sustain. The addition of an ebony fingerboard helps to tighten up the neck’s tone, giving it a defined feel, excellent clarity, and a fast attack. The maple and ebony combination creates a sparkling, sizzling high end, a muscular controlled bass response, and a snappy midrange with extra presence in the lower mids.

EMG 57/66 Humbuckers

The ESP Stream Guitar is equipped with a set of powerful EMG humbuckers, offering an incredibly versatile performance suitable for a variety of playing styles. The EMG 57 bridge pickup features a unique blend of alnico V magnets and steel pole pieces, delivering a beautiful PAF tonal quality designed for the modern guitarist. The EMG 66 neck pickup offers tones inspired by the specific needs and requirements of contemporary players, featuring a combo of alnico V magnets and ceramic pole pieces to offer smooth mids, expressive lows, and excellent clarity in the upper register. The 57 and 66’s active circuitry ensure players have plenty of headroom and punch for creating unparalleled definition and sonic presence.

TonePros Tune-O-Matic Bridge

Incorporating an innovative locking tune-o-matic bridge system, the E-II Stream G eliminates the problem every guitarist who uses a tune-o-matic bridge will have encountered, the lack of stability when the strings are removed. This problem usually causes the bridge to fall off and make minor unwanted adjustments to the bridge height. However, the locking tune-o-matic bridge makes that a thing of the past, with high tension springs fitted into the attachments to allow the bridge to clip and lock into place without the use of tools, and also increases sustain by up to 20 percent.

High-End Hardware

The guitar is finished off with high-end hardware to ensure players receive the best playing experience possible. The Gotoh locking tuners improve tuning stability and reduces string slippage, while the Schaller straplocks protect against accidental strap release, ensuring players can deliver a powerful performance without worrying about dropping their guitar.
