The EBS Classic 500 Bass Amp Head is equipped with solid state technology and delivers a versatile bass sound. A carefully designed EQ section provides the perfect tools to shape your sound, along with dual semi-parametric midrange controls that let you cut through any mix. Housed in a rugged plywood chassis, this roadworthy amp head will withstand extreme use with its sturdy reinforced corners, textured vinyl covering and integrated handles. If that's not enough, the Classic 500 is complete with a padded cover for protection.

Achieve That Classic Tube Sound

The new EBS Classic 500 is retro-styled with a vintage tone, it's as close as you'll get to a classic tube amp sound with any solid state head. The Drive control is musically boosted, making it easy to dial in any type of vintage or modern bass sound. With plenty of power, the Classic 500 is amazingly versatile with a beautiful tone.

Control Features

An easy-to-use EQ interface means you can add everything from a subtle, vintage overdrive to a mean, driving distortion, whilst keeping a beautifully low, rounded bottom end.

Roadworthy Design

This powerful bass amp head features a rugged chassis, that is built for life on the road. For added protection, the Classic 500 includes reinforced metal corners, as well as a textured vinyl covering. Its classic metal grille design matches compatible ClassicLine cabinets from EBS, including the smaller 112 speaker cabinet. Finally, a padded cover is also included for protection during transit.
