The Dean V Stealth Bass is powered by a pair of EMG 35DC humbuckers. These pickups produce loud and aggressive tones, as well as powerful punch and high output. The EMG's allow you to create those heavy metal tones by providing a versatile sonic palette which ranges from clean highs to growling lows.
The V Stealth features a V shape mahogany body which offers easier access to the higher frets, as well as providing a classic metal appearance. The mahogany body delivers plenty of warmth and resonance, as well as good bite and sustain. The V body features a classic Black Satin finish, white mother of pearl inlays and black hardware for the ultimate metal look.
The Dean V Stealth's neck is made from rich mahogany, which offers a warm and resonant sound with plenty of depth. Mahogany also has great mid-range emphasis and enhances the sound with a punchy lower end. The mahogany neck is paired with ebony fingerboard that brings added sustain and snappy attack, which complements the mahogany's deeper tones.
