Floyd Rose Special Tremolo

For many years Floyd Rose has been the leading manufacturer and designer of floating, locking tremolos. With a design that has stood strong for over 30 years, the Floyd Rose Special locking tremolo allows you to adjust the string tension and pitch with the removable whammy bar to create unique pitch shifting effects. Unlike non-locking tremolo's, the Floyd Rose bridge can make huge changes in pitch while still retaining the initial tuning thanks to the addition of a locking nut at the end of the headstock.

About Dimebag Darrell

Born in 1966, Dimebag Darrell (Darrell Lance Abbott) is best known for his songwriting and performance in the iconic metal band Pantera. With an extremely unique playing style and signature tone, Dimebag fast became a rising star in the metal world and gained an endorsement with Dean Guitars in the 1980s. Having co-designed the now legendary Dean Razorback just months before his death in 2004, Dimebag Darrell has forever earned his place in metal history with his unique playing style and range of impressive guitar finishes.
