The Make Noise DPO Voltage Controlled Oscillator is a highly versatile, all-analog VCO featuring dual oscillators, expanding on classic Primary and Modulator oscillator designs. The versatile design means the DP Voltage Controlled Oscillator can create a veritable palette of sounds, ranging from cutting-edge leads to modular madness. The dual oscillators feature fully analog circuitry for a vintage voice and tone. The result is warm yet gritty sounds that can be pushed to the maximum for truly unique tones. The Make Noise DPO is ideal for creating complex waveforms, with a Triangle core featuring Sine, Saw, Spike & Square wave shapes.
In-Depth Modulation Control
In addition to the dual VCOs, the Make Noise DPO also includes dedicated FM and Modulation buses. Modulation source signal can be internally routed via associated destination CV attenuators used to set the final depths. The Modulation bus also allows you to use an external sources (Patched at Ext. Source Input) in place of the VCO 1 sine for added versatility. The bi-directional dynamic FM bus also allows for circular FM. The combination of analog circuitry and innovative new technology, the Make Noise DPO is ideal for a range of applications, from sound creation to music production.
Design & Connectivity
This Eurorack-style module is ideal as a keystone in any comprehensive modular setup. Its ergonomic layout utilises Make Noises unique design style, with each dedicated section clearly labelled for quick and easy access. The design utilises Six vactrols, and the rotary-style knobs provide precise control over all your levels. The sleek faceplate includes 20 modulation point in total, and its versatile modulation options mean your sounds are bound only by your creativity.
