The Electro Harmonix Frequency Analyzer Ring Modulator Pedal allows you to fine-tune a preset pitch over 5 octaves, on top of which additional tones will be generated based on the distance from that initial note. It adds pitches for every note you play and can generate some truly wacky and original sounds.
Blending Your Signal
The Frequency Analyzer Ring Modulator features blend controls to filter out your original note. It also includes a direct output, offering you the ability to capture and blend your dry signal alongside the processed version.
Filter Your Tone
The shift and fine controls allow you to "tune" this pedal over 5-octaves to your exact specified pitch. The way it generates pitches in a certain key can make chordal playing very musical if you keep playing in that key, and very atonal sounding if you go outside the key-center. The filter switch allows you to remove the top note to create lower pitch modulations. This pedal doesn't have be be used on just the guitar, and has many different applications for you to test your creativity and musical imagination.
