The Portable Cajon features all the great sounds of the full sized instrument, but in a smaller, more portable box! The frame resonates deep bass sounds and the snare system allows for precise and intricate high notes. The 12mm beech back and 15mm sides make the cajon extremely tough and the teak laminate front is an attractive aesthetic and acoustic finish to the instrument. This diverse instrument is perfect for smaller performers or for players that wish to take a smaller instrument on their travels.
Angled Cajon Design
This WHD cajon features an angled front, which means that you don't have to bend over quite as far. This in turn makes it easier to play. The angled design also has acoustic benefits as well, where the bass notes have more presence than on a traditional cajon. Combining this with the brighter sounding zebrano wood laminate top, the cajon sounds responsive and lively.
